My acupuncture practice is a true reflection of who I am — a person who values integrity and professionalism, and a fun-loving individual whose wonderment and curiosity enable me to be empathetic and compassionate with anyone who needs relief from pain, anxiety, and issues of self-worth.
My unique approach to acupuncture comes from my own personal experience. I grew up with ongoing shoulder and back pain, sustained head and knee injuries through athletics and sport, and have lived with migraines for most of my life. This multiplicity of issues led me to explore options in medicine and healing for my own well-being.
I found that acupuncture was the only treatment that helped me feel better and addressed my desire for a more holistic, collaborative approach to health. This journey of self-care — and my desire to share my successes with others — is what sparked my career to become a registered acupuncturist with a practical, client-centred approach.
My method comes directly from the principles within Traditional Chinese Medicine — to bring the body’s energy into a satisfied, harmonious equilibrium. My goal is to find the balance and personal sense of peace for each client to benefit from my techniques.
