Rick Couronne is the Vice President of Business Development of Western Canada. Couronne brings three decades of experience in the financial markets to Wells and Crown working in both the private and public markets. Couronne has held various senior executive positions including President and CEO of an Exempt Market Dealer and Head Trader at a Canadian branch of a major Wall Street Investment Brokerage firm, where he traded stocks, bonds, and commodities. He was also VP of Syndication, Stock Broker, and VP OF Trading and Sales Manager for a Toronto-based Boutique Brokerage firm. Couronne’s expertise in Global Networking and Strategic Alliances provides him with a well-rounded perspective of the investment industry.

Jordan Dawes began his financial career with a local Credit Union before joining the Watkins Group in 2015. After a brief hiatus, and taking on the role of Senior Financial Advisor in the North Shore branch of Kamloops, Jordan is back on the island he grew up on, and back into a client-facing role with the team. His big focus is on the lack of transparency and literacy prevalent in the financial services industry. Jordan and his team aim to educate clients so that they are confident that their personal financial future is secure.
